'Hello, my name is Natasha Exelby and I am Covid positive,' she began.

'I was officially diagnosed on Monday, had my test on Saturday and have pretty much been in hibernation and a lot of pain ever since.'

Natasha said the isolation 'hasn't been a problem' as getting to her bathroom from the bedroom has 'felt like a decathlon' and the previous day was the first day she had 'stayed awake for more than five hours'.

'What's interesting is that I'm triple-vaxxed,' she continued, initially believing that she was not actually actually sick and being a hypochondriac.

But Natasha said when her temperature 'hit 40 degrees on Monday' she knew she 'wasn't imagining it'.

'People might say, 'Well what's the point of getting vaxxed or triple-vaxxed if you're still going to get sick?' the presenter queried. 'The point is that if I wasn't triple-vaxxed and I got Covid I perish the thought of where I'd be.'

'I know I'm not a spring chicken, but I'm also not an old duck. I'm 38 and has still knocked me for six,' she added.

Natasha said she's not sure if she has the Omicron or Delta strain of the virus.

She then concluded the post by thanking the 'nurses and doctors and everyone' who are 'holding things up at the hospitals' before imploring unvaccinated people to get the vaccine.
